Not effective enough

I did not find it as effective as some of the other creams that i have used[ for half the price ].I have used skin care products for quite some time and i did find my skin didnt seem to show much sign of improvement.
I have been unable to contact anybody with the phone number (866) 989 2690 and have been extremely busy of late and have not had time to respond via email and i have had issues with with my computer as well.
I would like to return the remainder of my sample, not sure of the postal address etc please respond asap
