I placed an order with this company on 17th July and was informed I should receive my goods on 24th July. I checked my order online on 27th July as nothing had arrived and noticed my order had been canceled on 21st July. Funds had been taken from my account TWICE. When I rang to ask why, I was told I was the only person who could cancel my order was me and that the order was shipped the day it was canceled. After speaking to the incompetent person I then asked for their supervisor to which I was put on hold and then disconnected. When I rang back the same thing happened again, disconnected. Seeing the goods STILL have not arrived, I would like my money back. They are a useless company with very bad customer service. They are happy to take money but not provide goods
