I orderd perfume early November from fragrancex. I was contacted by email from fragrancex that order had been dispatched 19/11 . To date . 23/04, have not received my order. Have sent numerous emails, receiving their generic replies. My last 2 emails have not been responded to. I have also asked them to cancel my order and send a refund but was meet with a ridiculous response relating to automated ordering which negates their system to do this. This situation is totally unacceptable. Any assistance, I would greatly appreciate.
