DECEIPTFUL AND RUDE CUSTOMER SERVICE CONSULTANT

Bravofly repeatedly advertised the flights I booked as "live", only to email me a couple of hours later to advise the fare had increased. This happened on 2 occasions. I received a rude phone call where the operator didn't even introduce himself but instead launched straight into some mumble about my flight to Vietman. I politely told him to proceed in canceling my flight as I was tired of their fare increases everytime I made a booking. The operator proceeded to tell me he would cancel the flight immediately and I won't be charged. 2 days later I tried booking new flights through an airline direct, but was told my credit card declined. I phoned my bank who advised that Bravofly still hadn't removed the charges from my credit card. I called Bravofly the next day where the operator refused to let me speak to his manager and bluntly informed me that I had to wait 7 days for them to remove the charges (despite receiving an email when i cancelled my flights saying no charge would be made on my card and all holds removed. The operator kept laughing and then changed his story from 7 to 10 days which I have to wait. STILL WAITING. Will never recommend these people to anyone!!! TERRIBLE
