Haven't recieved my order for weightloss pill diet max cleanse ive been scammed

I purchased the weight loss pill dietmax cleanse online this was a 10 day free trial Ihave not recieved this product and can not contact them by phone as this is either disconnected or unavailable I have had a $91, 70 debit taken from my account as well as a shipping charge this was on the 28/10. how can I stop any more payments from being taken from my account? ive been scammed HELP
