I paid my money to receive an unlock code for my nokia and they said it took 12 - 24 hrs to process.
It wasn't until I threatened legal action (after waiting more than 55hrs) that they refunded my money.
This site is a TOTAL SCAM and all their so called customer reviews/testimonials are also TOTALL FAKE. Steer clear of this site and always pay with PAYPAL - that way you are guaranteed to get your money back!
