To whom it may concern,
In September I made a purchase online for a logitech security software platinum upgrade for the amount of $97. Since this date, every year around the same time elements5 has deducted $97 out of my account, however I have not accessed or used any of the software since originally buying it. I am aware I must have mistakenly ticked a box for this to occur, I am seeking reimbursement for the amount of $291 for the three years i have not accessed this product.
