X5 absolutely disgusts me.

I purchased an hard drive and when it didn't arrive, they informed it had got lost in the mail. To be honest, I don't think they even sent it.

When I received the hard drive - they had sent me a totally inferior hard drive! I complained to them saying that I never agreed to accept a different hard drive to the one I bid on. Receiving anything else would be dishonest and false advertising I felt it was totally unacceptable. If I won an auction for $20, could I just suddenly on my own accord change the price to $10??? Just because I felt it would be more convenient for me?

I returned the hard drive at my OWN expense. Weeks and weeks passed and I finallly received the correct item.

One of their dishonest practices is also the extreme postage charges which simply are unjustifiable. They offer free auctions however the postage fees cost more than the product themselves.The packaging however is extremely careless which is basically just random cardboard boxes stickytaped together. Even for small items the postage is over $20. No registered mail either.

The RRP's are also very misleading as they can be very inaccurate as most of their products are old and the RRP is the original RRP when they were new.

Their customer service is rude and in VERY broken english.

Business's like this should not be able to operate in Australia. You would expect this type of business only in a underdeveloped country.
