I am an unhappy customer of this company, Flow Images. The owner Mark is a very good SALES person. He says anything you want to hear when you're about to sign up but when the time comes, he said it's not in the contract - so make sure it's written down! What happened to me was he gave $100 discount on our wedding package. We trusted him only to find out later that the $100 was also deducted off the value of the photos we're getting - so no discount at all.
Another is, our document said photography coverage, up to 8 hrs, but because we got higher package, we get bride and groom's venue for free at value of $195 - guess what? No one turned up at our house! When we asked, he said we only have 8 hours and if our wedding and location shoot would take 8 hours then you're not getting the getting-ready shots.
Numerous time he said "we're professional, just trust us to do the job, we'll take care of everything on your big day". Well, he sent a photographer who just took lame shots, like those you take on your digital cameras. No angle, so artistic, creative shots. On his brochures, the photos look great - Mark's probably took them - but he will send someone new to your wedding.
Word of warning!!! Make sure you read everything on his contract. And be careful, he will always talk over you when you ask smart/skeptical questions to distract you. The next thing you'll hear is "trust me, we're professional" - watch out, I've been burn because we trusted him.
