Charge without service

These people are charging my credit card without service requested or offerd just because they have got the details for having using them before.
I am very sure that I have not signed any contract with them as I was not happy about the service which has been offered to me. They told me that it is not a legal advice. So, why should I loose my money?
I would like to ask them to return my money they may have charged reularly as soon as they can and try to delete all my credit card record they may have served.
