Not replacing broken fridge

About 8 months ago i bought a fridge from samsung. 3 months ago the cooling system stopped working in the fridge. I contacted samsung who sent out a repair man who just confirmed what i thought that was the last time i heard anything from them. I have been calling every week only to be told we dont know whats happening we will call back, they never do. i have not had a cold fridge for 3 months now. word of advise never purcahse a samsung product!! their customer servise is shit they dont care what you say they dont care about their customers. I will never shop through them again. i just hope they replace my fridge before the warranty runs out!!!
