Terrible service

My sister and i decided too have lunch on this day as we seen the menu as good and reasonable, so we got seated and asked for the lunch menu which clearly stated: Seafood Basket containing Fish, Prawns, Octopus.and RICE.

We ordered this dish to share as we were not that hungary so when the food came out we noticed we didnt get the rice, we then called for the waitress and told her we asked for rice. She then went back to check but never came back.

We spoke to the chef/owner and he said he ran out of rice, we said why were we not told, he had no answer, my sis' then said we will not be paying the full bill, upon which then he got angry and gave us attitude. When i left he was outside and i said to him never again, he the replied you are not welcome dont cme bac, i said your job is to make ur clients welcome and get ur menu right, he was not a happy chappy, to end the service was also terrible by sme staff.
