We entrusted our property to this agent, they told us they were experts and that they would be doing everything possible to sell our property and that everything was selling quickly, we had no action for months and no offers. then we asked several friends to call and enquire, and it turned out the agent was running ours down saying there were many better available they told three different people theere had been very little intrest in ours and there was much better value available. they were offering to show other properies while we were paying for the advertising . it cost us $100.000 in penalty intrest and holding costs due to the delays. we finaly sacked them and went next door to place and the new agent sold it quickly without any hassles.
