Does not want to refund unsold timeshare money

I have paid $1, 650 AU to buyatimeshare.com to sell my timeshare. It has been over 3 months and they do not inform you as to what is going on. Upon enquiry, they tell you that it is too soon to be sold. They do not keep you updated and they do not want to refund the money to you. If there is a way out of this situation, please help.
