Accepted offer of 3 day trial for small amount. Didn't like it so decided to cancel. Their system made this very hard but after going thru' the process 3 times I felt they must have gotten the message.
Next thing I know I've been billed for a full month with no notification from them (sneeky).
Took 5 separate attempts over 3 days to finally get thru' to their "help line" which was no help. They continue to deny that I cancelled, although when pushed they offered a free month of a service I don't want, which I take as some sort of admission.
"Help line" agent would simply cut me off when he felt pressured. Will no longer answer.
This company and their financial arm assistcity.com (no assistance) are evil.
