I bought NCIS seasons 1 - 7 box set and haven't received it yet. It is going on a month now and they said it would only take 4 -7 working days to receive item. I have done some research into this company and found that they have done this a lot and they aren't where they say they are or who they are. They will not answer any emails either. Please be aware.
