I purchased a the above DVD about 2 months ago. I have never received it. I keep emailing them and they keep informing me that it is on back order and will be arriving in two weeks to them and they will post it out. I have paid approx $200 AUS and if possible would prefer a refund if they do not have the DVD or intend to send it. Is this at all possible and how do you contact a company that now do not reply back to you by email??
