I'm recently on contract with vodafone wireless broadband, I signed two years contract now the connection is a nightmare, it is slower than a dial up, most of the time I can't use it, i made compalin about about it, so they check my area and they think its congested, so theres nothing they can do about it, so I ask if I could cancel my contract, they agree but I have to pay a cancellation fee, is that right? when their not providing me the correct facility, what am I supposed to do? Can you pls advise me what to do.
