On 4 August I ordered on-line a free sample (a 60 capsule bottle) of Life Cleanse and paid for the postage US$ 5.93 dollars (with my Credit card).
Until my discovery on 15 September 09, without my authorisation my Credit card has been charged a total of AUS$ 185.98 for other products that I have never ordered nor received, from Focuscleanse and other unknown companies: Maxacaiburn Com, VH Access, ezykit.
I emailed them using the email they sent me when I ordered the free sample to tell them to stop charging my card and I did not want any more products after ordering the free sample. I did not receive any reply to that email. I had to temporarily suspend my card but don 't know what to do next.
The product Lifecleanse was advertised as from England, but when I called their number (an England number), I got someone from a call centre in India who told me the product was shipped from the US, but he could not verify whether the shipment had actually happened. He could not give me any written cancellation nor could he checked whether someone had received my email.
If I had checked the complaint board first, I would have never ordered anything from Focuscleanse.
