I ordered a product for this company and used PayPal to make the payment. The order was posted *according to the inforamtion they provide)during the first week of december of 2005.
I followed-up on the order in an email sent on January 15, 2006. Caren Engelbrecht answered inidcating that I could have made a mistake providing my address information. She explained that if there was a mistake the item would be returned to her. But she never actually provided concrete information about sending the item through mail.
I live in Puerto Rico and she thought that since my address reads UNITED STATES at the end in my PayPal account information, it should be a mistake. And she wrote that she wouldn't be giving back any money unless I paid again for delivery of the item.
I answered her email and explained that PayPal had the address configured that way, since Puerto Rico is indeed a US territory and that I couldn't change that.
After that, I have recieved no response. She never submitted any information as proof that she ever sent a package to my address, and although I tried to file a claim using the PayPal system, but it was too late, since there is a 30-day term for that. She kept me waiting for the mailing infomation which I never received, and I lost the opportunity with PayPal to get a refund.
At this point, I would just want a refund or the item I bought, but this lady seems to have no intentions of doing any of the two. She stole my money, a real rip-off!
