Purchased a copy of Microsoft Office Professional 2007. Thought I was dealing with an American Company but item was shiped from China and all subsequent emails have been from China.
Program installed fine and product key provided was accepted. All went well for a week or so until Vista Update installed Microsoft Genuine Advantage program. This programed advised that my copy of Office 2007 was counterfeit.
Contacted supplier (Specialtechs - all items free shiping) who advised me a new product key. This was initially accepted but the next reboot I got the message again. So far I have been provided with 5 different product keys. Special techs keep advising this is simply a mistake and they will fix it.
I have now uninstalled the software and have requested a refund. Time will tell here.
