They supplied 4 x counterfeit Viktor Rolf Flowerbomb 100ml EDP via mail. PERFUME-AMOUR made custom declaration that it was a gift worth $20.
This made me furious, any attempts to use email addresses they gave on site "bounced back". I phoned them, guess what they don't answer, NOT CONNECTED. I made formal complaint to Customs, and every organisation I could but they are still operating. Can anyone tell me how to get them off the internet, so others don't have same experience?
I contacted VIKTOR ROLF company too and will continue till I get them off the internet.
Took products for testing to confirm my horror of the lies on Customs form, and they are definitely counterfeit.
Band together to get rid of them, they are an absolute insult to Viktor Rolf gorgeous products.
