E: no after sales service at all

I purchased a Panorama bio ethanol fireplace from Deluxe Products. When it arrived I immediately unpacked it. It had two chipped glass guards, a wall had collapsed, it had too many dents to count front and back, and a crack in the corner of the fireplaces. Due to the extremely poor quality of the fireplace I asked for a refund one day after receiving it. I was told that I would have to get the 30kg fireplace to them at my expense, and that this was my "responsibility" as a customer. This would cost hundreds! The 30-day guarantee and factory warranty they advertise means nothing! Do not buy off Deluxe Products, as they are as corrupt as they come!
