I purchased the AE ultimate deluxe ecig kit from and its been three weeks now and i still haven't received it! i have sent 4 emails now asking for a explanation as to why when i only live in Brisbane and they were sending it from Melbourne and i have had no reply when they quote on their site that they will contact you within 24hrs. i also managed to get a contact number off the net that i called which was a Melbourne number and it had a answer phone message stating that it was the Australian ecig company and to leave your name and number and they will call back. i wait 4 hrs and nothing! so i call the same number back again, this time it is not the same answer phone message instead it says you have contacted the number 03 83900802 and to leave a message?? so i emailed them again requesting a refund (if they do actually read their emails) and still nothing when i have read so many so called good reviews of this so called company like WTF!!! is this one big scam or what, and what can i do to make every other unsuspecting soon to be customer aware of what it is actually like to buy something off their site. my experience has been terrible and i don't want anyone else to experience the same problems!!! if someone can give me advice as to what to do to try get my $$ back and how to expose this company for what it truly is u can email me [email protected] (the 0's are zeros in monaro) thanks
