On several occasions we have bought a meal at Caloundra Qld Hungry Jacks. The service is unacceptable as staff ALWAYS get orders wrong. The burgers and chips are ALWAYS cold. The hygiene of this store is appalling to say the least. Dirty tables and flies. Today was the last straw with staff fooling around and not a vehicle going through the drive thru they once again stuffed up the order and when it did arrive it was COLD again. The immature duty manager needs to address himself as well as staff and perhaps go for retraining in customer service. I've always prefered Hungry Jacks menu but as of today with my Bali Belly I will be eating down the road each Sunday.
