Same thing has happened to me, BUT don't over stress, YOU CAN GET YOUR MONEY BACK!. Find the address on the back of the receipt that you hopefully got (calling will not help, they never answer the phone), go there at 7.00 am and wait a while, they'll eventually turn up. Don't expect a friendly welcome, take a friend (preferably a large one), Speak to the boss, don't get too pi$$ed off at the sales guy, it's their job.
I was made to make an "appointment", I even had to write it down on a piece of paper.
Write down the time, date, what the refund is for, who the company representative is and yourself as the receipient of the crap you bought, and sign it!.
Hopefully he's there for your "appointment".
