Treats franchisees like dirt

I have been struggling for years trying to make a living with a Midas franchise. I pay them for advertising but they never do any. How can you run motor business without advertising? I have already paid Midas once, so I cannot afford more. What do they do with it? They dont tell us.

This year is the first year I made any money at all although not much, but now I am told I must spend $40,000 to re-image my store, or they will throw me out. This will not bring extra customers through the door. I will have to borrow more, and why?
