If you purchase a Caroma bathroom product you take the risk of having no back up service whatsoever. We purchased a top of the range porcelain sink/basin only to have the flimsy box fall apart and the sink break into hundreds of pieces. As the box was picked up by the supplied handles at approx. 1 inch off the ground the handles tore off and the sink fell to the ground. At a height of 1-1.5 inches this sink/basin exploded in hundreds of bits.
This packaging was faulty. The sink/basin was faulty also to explode the way it did.
Two companies, REECE plumbing and CAROMA will not warrant the product. They will not back up their product. We have been given the brush off big time. They do not care at all about customer service.
We were accused by an employee of REECE plumbing of negligence so they could avoid their responsibilities. Bad customer service REECE!
Only one employee of REECE tried to help us to no avail.
