I contacted pc doctor to check out my computer and i was informed of the high cost to come to the house the cost per hour
and the tech.was the best they have, so i went along with this, thinking that i am on the right track, after about 1 hour on the job, the tech.stated he was having a lot of trouble finding the cause of the problem and after he deleted a lot of files, he said no
fix, and he wanted to take the computer away to check it out, at this stage my bill was $300.00 for 2 hours work, no fix.
i said what about a discount/refund, and the reply was, that my charges, i declined the offer to take the computer away and
i shudder to think what that cost would be, if that tech.was the best they have got, i would hate to see the worst, any i am out of pocket $300.00 dollars, and my computer is still not working correctly.
