Lost returned faulty goods and refuse to refund or send new item Sydney

I purchased a GPS unit off eBay from this Merchant, and within 2 weeks it broke.

I sent an email to the seller and they said to return the item, which I did via registered post. This was sent back on the 5th of June.

Still to this day, after numerous emails and attempting to call the seller, I have not gotten a refund or a replacement.

I do not recommend buying anything from this seller, because if it breaks you will never get a replacement.
