Do not know why i am being charged

I have credit card charges every month form 866-747-0989 VIP 866-747-0989 and it comes out as US dollars. As I don't use this card very often i rarely check it online but have discovered these charges. How can i get these to stop. Has someone got my credit card details without me knowing?
