Don't even bother wasting your time with any car rentals here. It took several weeks to arrange a replacement car, then had to chase up the car even though was told it would be ready upon dropping car off for repairs... and it wasn't. Was given run around about a car not being available the following morning... when car was due to me. Then was told it was in repairs and it was being cleaned?!!..blah..blah... whatever excuses... and after it was supposedly at the car wash... was delivered a filthy car... clearly was not at the car wash!!! And after all the hassle and run around, and paying for a disgusting car... was charged an extra $100 as an unauthorised transaction on my credit card... and of course when you call up to question about the random charge... no-one wants to deal with it... keeps passing you on to someone else... and you don't get your money back...
Clearly lousy service... lousy delivery... complete hassle and waste of your time... and unclean car !!!
