Whats the use of the complaints if this is the 3rd time i'm sending in my complaint.i was charged for products not received and also not ordered.only saw on my staement i was charged for stuff i dont need or have a use for.spoke to a lady on the live chat was given a number to call, was told the money would be in my account within 5-10 working days, been 3 weeks now and still nothing and its an effort getting hold of anyone. Why should i pay for stuff i havents oredered or received and seriously has no need for.
i would appreciate it if some one can contact me ot shall i take matters further
