Never received merchandise and tried to triple submit charges, also never respond to emails. Phone number is also not answered

The company used to be legitimate, but now it is a bogus company. Triple charged my order, on top of the original charge. Never received the merchandise, even after the company supposedly resent the merchandise. Never receive any response to my many emails, never have received merchandise and I have never had a return phone call. My only choice at this point is to have my credit card company return my purchase price to me.
