I paid for a "spa & hot rock massage" through Cudo.com for Sparadise in Rivervale-money was debited to my credit card immediately-no voucher was forth coming and cannot contact Cudo. Countless calls/emails to Sparadise has resulted in one call saying that she would contact their rep at Cudo and get this sorted, the other was an email saying it isn't their fault as they dont get paid until they get the voucher!!! I and my sister-for whom the voucher was purchased as a birthday gift-have tried to ring Sparadise on over 30 occassions-always an answering machine promising to call back!!! I was asked to produce the voucher-bit hard to do when one hasn't been issued!!!
