Did not give refund

I bought a watch online from MV Watches. They have a return policy. I contact the seller and they informed to return the watch for refund. I sent the watch by registered mail and they did contact me to say they had received it but now have not processed my refund. Now they will not reply to my emails and there is no phone number on their website. http://www.mvwatches.org
