Purchase not received

I purchased and paid for a Gold Chain 5.4.11, It has been well over 7 weeks since I ordered and paid, to date I still have not received my purchase.
I have emailed three times already and as yet have received no reply from anyone in regards to this matter.
I would like a reply to this email's ASAP as I would like to know what is happening.
If I do not get a reply to my emails I will be taking this matter further. I have already made enquiries with Paypal about getting my money back!
