I have not used these facilities ever. I remember ordering a module for recording hard copies from vinyl... but as I have been 'ill' for some time I have never used it... and 'Unlimited Movies' and 'Superpass'. These bills have escalated substantially and for seemingly no benefit? I thought REAL-PLAYER was a reputable company but after seeing the many adverse posts, I am now led to believe otherwise. I would like my subscription stopped ASAP but the whereabouts of said company are becoming difficult to contact.
