I purchased a ticket online from Johannesburg to LOndon via Cairo. I went via Cairo to see the pyramids on the way and break my flight. I then paid $231.00 to change the date of my flight. I called the call centre and a grumpy attendant made the booking and told me to send an email to confirm my acceptance of fees. I did so and only 4 days later when I finally received my e-ticket, that they had changed my flight time and I WAS NO LONGER ABLE TO SEE THE PYRAMIDS.
I have tried since then with Manager to resolve their error, only to be offered to now pay $267.00 more to make the change PLUS changing fees to them!!! HERE IS THE SUMMARY: THEY MAKE A MISTAKE AND I HAVE TO PAY FOR IT!!!
DO NOT BOOK FLIGHTS WITH BESTFLIGHTS.COM.AU, GO DIRECTLY TO THE AIRLINES, AT LEAST YOU KNOW WHAT YOU WILL GET WITH THEM, DO NOT ADD THE MIDDLE MAN!
