Booked an hotel in Helsinki but credit card rejected. Booked again and got 2 bookings. Cancelled one with difficulty - mid April but still no refund of money to my credit card. On 7th May got an email to say they had cancelled my remaining booking - something to do with charge back from the bank and was cancelled for security reasons. Get emails which are hard to understand, cannot get any reply from phone numbers [ voice box full]. They are useless. HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM! How can I contact them and get my money back from both bookings?
