I bought a pair of ugg boots from this online store on the 28th dec 07. They arrived about 3 weeks later and i was utterly disappointed by what i had paid over 100 pounds for. I emailed the company explaining that i was unhappy with the product and they had turned up in a unsatisfactory condition (they didnt even come in a box, and were all creased and damaged on delivery) They replied at first but recently i have not heard anything from them and i amso angry. The company is obviously ignoring my e-mails thinking i will go away, but i certainly will proceed with this as i have a very expensive pair of boots sitting in my wardrobe never to be worn.
I am very disappointed with this company and how they treat their customers.
Beware- do NOT shop here! I will be taking this further until i get a full refund.
