Theft! Took money and gave no products Internet

I paid for some Ugg boots on 4th November. My order number is 14922. It is 1st December today and I still have not received the boots.

I have emailed the Ugg store 4 times to ask if they have been dispatched and when to expect them.

They ignored all of my emails. I got my cedit card statement recently and found ou that they have taken my money.
