I purchased fone on 14/05 on a contract $99. Per month i got home with new fone and it wont work properly.. The touch screen doesn't work, incoming calls yet cannot answer i have returned 2 place of purchase 4 exchange with no success i have rang the complaints line only 2 get answering service which i left my details yet had no response- im very disappointed in your product and lack of service. I wish 2 get replacement fone or i will not be hönouring contract this has been very inconveniant both personally and professionally. Please reply. Rebecca phelan
