Mobile handset issues and customer service

I was given as a replacement Nokia N95 for my previous N95 which had software problems (which Nokia admitted that the handset was faulty) Since the first day after receiving my replacement N95 I had software troubles with the handset. The “new replacement handset” did not even have a new battery! The handset was sent back to Nokia where they said that they opened the handset and reconfigured the settings etc etc etc They then sent it back to me advising me that it was repaired. The handset lasted one day after i received it, the same issues reoccurred as seen below:

• After receiving a message the handset shuts down
• Looking into the gallery shuts the handset down
• Taking a photo will shut the handset down
• Looking up contacts will shut the handset down etc etc etc

The phone was sent back to Nokia care centre and they misplaced my handset, i received my handset back after waiting almost six weeks!! Guess what ??... Yes you guessed it, the phone had the same problem!

I have contacted Nokia "care" centre for the last two weeks and no one could help me out, and seemed to have no idea what was going on! I asked to speak to a supervisor, can till this day not get a hold of one. I have been assured by the staff at Nokia Care centre and have even been promised that a supervisor would get hold of me... i am still waiting after 23 calls to Nokia "care" centre!
