I too was fooled by this scam. I put in my details for the apparent one off payment and they charged me for the $1.95 or whatever it was then they started taking out about $50-60 each month. I went to my bank and their fraud dept were looking into it and refunded me the money for 3months worth. Then because the payments were refunded to me I got an email from cpipay saying that the amount wasnt paid and gave me the option to unsubscribe which i emailed them back saying i wasnt happy they were taking my money and I wanted them to stop it. Then yesterday I was shopping at woolies and my card declined! They had gone back to my account and taken out the two amounts of $58 and one of $60 at the same time as my bank had refunded it to me so they felt they could take it back again! and what makes it worse is now im in a neg at the bank and they will try to stick me with a $40 overdraft fee. Im going to the bank first thing this morning and if they arent going to help me I will just cancel my card there. Im so over this and its really not fair, if the bank wont help me I will take my business elsewhere.
