I have had 2 payment taken out of my credit card account from CPIpay.com and I have never dealt or heard of this company. The total amount is for $133.43 for the months of April and May. I tried to contact their Toll free number and it says that it is disconnected. I have taken the matter further and have spoken with a Lawyer who deals with fraudulent Companies and I have also spoken with the ACCC regarding this company and Google as a company as well, because Google is responsible for ensuring that fraudulent companies are taken off the Internet if there is evidence of fraud to users of their site and it is evident that they have ignored all the complaints that have arised regarding this company. As of today I have given the company 5 days to contact me to rectify the situation. If I have not had a phone call within 5 days I will let the Relevant Lawyers and the ACCC Investigate the company and Google as a company. Companies like this should not be allowed to continue. Fraud is a criminal offence and as I have been informed, this company will be dealt with once and for all and will be reprimanded for the fraud and dealt with in a legal manner.
