The pants I ordered didn't fit me well so I used the fit guarantee advertised on the web site.
On this page http://www.tailor4less.com/en/customer/ajustments they tell you :
"* If your order did not arrive in perfect conditions, please bring it to a local tailor to have it adjusted and enclose the invoice so that we can proceed with the refund. Our customer service department will handle your case and reply within 24-48 hours."
Then I brought the pants to a local tailor for alteration and I paid $AUD 130.
Then submitted a ticket for the refund and they come back to me that the refund will only be 20 Euro as there is a limit for the possible refund on another page below
