I brought my boyfriend a breville bread maker model no: BBM600 for Christmas less then a month ago we have used it twice and the container where the bread gets mixed has been scratch while the bread is mixed and we got paint scrappings in our bread. we don't know how this happened so we took it back to where i purchased it from and they accused us of deliberately doing it ourselves by using a knife or something similar. the thing is if you look up the product it is a non stick product and we had no trouble getting it out of the container so there would have been no need to use anything to get it out. also if we had done that we wouldn't have taken it back in the first place. it cost me nearly $300 and i would like something to be done about it. either a replacement or a full refund or i will be taking it further to consumer affair. if you require photos please let me know.
