Petals on Plaza (Carindale) - Angela
We've booked in for an appointment at 10:30am, arrived on time. She made us waited and continued chatting with her other clients happily & casually.
Firstly, she asked if we're going to make a order today, we told her we're here to learn more about the packages, how it works and the costs. She was fully unimpressed with our answer.
During the meeting, she doesn't pay full attention to us. Kept serving other customers and socialising with others around her as well. Which then kept us waiting waiting and more waitng while she goes serves others, chat on the phone and socialises with others.
When we first made our appointment, we realise that none of the wedding bouquet packages suited us fully, we were told that we could customise go see Angela and have our package customised. But when we talked about it she started to get cranky at us and told us that "it's only $xxx for all these! What more do you expect? We make $xxx a day and have a store in every Westfield Shopping Centre. You're wasting my time" and kept showing us what time it was, how we've spent so long on it, while in actual fact, she's been busily away doing other stuff for more than 80% of this meeting.
In the end, she even said "We don't want to do business with you! You're wasting my time!"
After we left, she even talked behind our backs and told the next customer that we're trying to change the package.
