I bought a voucher through www.groupon.com.au for a special promotion on Canvas Print for Myphotobox. I submitted the order on 14 May but till today the order has not been received. It cost me close to AU 70.00 plus delivery.
I have sent 3 emails since which I have not got replied for. A weeks ago, I found out that Myphotobox has change to Snappysumo. I contacted Snappysumo. They DO NOT have a phone contact on their website. The online support was idle for 10 mins and it asked me to submit a ticket, which i did. This is my 4th attempt in trying to get them resolve the issue BUT to now avail. I tried Snappysumo Online support again, the same happens, idle for 10 mins and it asked me to submit a ticket. I am running out of idea of what i can do, looks like the 70.00 is going into the drain. Any advise?
